Can I place an order any time of the day or week ?
Yes, through the internet 24 hrs/7 days a week

Is ordering online safe ?
Yes. Our site is on a secure network. All data is encrypted and your information is in no way compromised.
Must I order online ?
No. You may order via phone, fax or mail. Fax #201-568-9105

Is there sales tax ?
NeshomaNetwork is required by law to collect and pay sales taxes for shipments within the state of New Jersey.
Do you ship internationally ?
We certainly do. Please see our Shipping policy for the specific charges.
Do you gift wrap ?
Yes. We will use our specialty gift wrap for an additional charge.
Can a greeting card be enclosed with my order ?
Yes. Enter the information in the comment box on the order page for a basic gift card or purchase one of our special occasion cards .
What type of payment do you accept ?
Neshoma accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We also accept cashiers checks, Money Orders and Personal checks. We allow 10 days for clearance of personal checks. Merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
For International buyers, in addition to credit cards mentioned above , we accept only money orders drawn on USA Banks.

When will my order arrive?
In stock items typically arrive within 7-14 business days ( within the US). You will be advised of items not in stock which will be backordered and forthcoming.
