This larger contemporary mezuzah was commissioned by American Jewish World Service for the front door of their new New York office. The design was inspired by their mission of grassroots work for social justice. This piece honors their work by incorporating the Hebrew letter Tzadie (justice) and follows Jewish tradition by including the Hebrew letter Shin (protection).
Dimensions: 6 1/8 x 2 1/4 x 3/4”
Matte pewter pieces are spray-sealed for weather protection. To further protect the scroll, wrap it in wax paper before inserting the scroll into the case. Includes artist's tag with hanging template, a paper scroll & nails.
