 Fluffy Palmer is the artist of this unique Champagne holder that is functional in addition to being a wonderful and whimsical work of hand crafted art. Magically Palmer turned a hard tough sheet of steel into a satiny ribbon of flowing curves. Signed by the artist, we believe this to be the last available of such a piece.
