TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be advised of NeshomaNetworks policy regarding any and all purchases made from our site.
Our continuing goal will be to develop and maintain a most friendly and professional relationship with you, the customer.
The best way to achieve this goal is to make clear our terms and conditions of sale.
Every party placing an order for merchandise presented on our site are expected to agree and accept these terms
and conditions as binding.
Since many of the products offered by NeshomaNetwork are handmade, handpainted or otherwise one of a kind,
NeshomaNetwork
will bear no liability for any purchase that may differ slightly in color or format from the item image as presented on
the relevant item page.
NeshomaNetwork makes no claims as to any warranties offered or implied and makes no such offer or implication.
Credit card payments will be authorized at time of order and shipments will not occur prior to such authorization.
Payments by bank check or personal check
will be subject to a 10 day clearance period prior to finalization of order and shipment. We will only accept
checks written on USA banks.
NeshomaNetwork reserves the right to deny and refuse any order for any reason it deems appropriate.
Since all shipments are insured, any package
that is lost or received in damaged condition, reimbursement will be the responsibility of the carrier and not
NeshomaNetwork. You must return all shipping and packing materials immediately for appropriate action to
be taken. If the damaged materials are not returned within 10 days, NeshomaNetwork will not assume any responsibility.
REFUND, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive a package that is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service department for replacements or refunds within 1 week of delivery. Be sure to keep the original packaging. To be eligible for a refund on an item that you are returning for any reason other than damage, your return must be received in the same condition that you received it. There are no refunds on items returned later than 30 days from the receipt date. Returns on gifts received will be issued in the form of a gift certificate and must be returned within 30 days from receipt date to be eligible for gift certificate. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or in the case of a gift, the name of the recipient and the sender. All personalized gifts are final sale, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases can only be exchanged within 60 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs & gift-wrapping fees are non refundable.
